Grounds-Up Solution hires software engineers, automation specialists, and designers who care about reliability, clarity, and delivery in production environments. Roles are based in Nigeria with hybrid work and occasional client-site travel as programmes require.
GUS programmes are small, senior-heavy, and client-facing. You will be expected to clarify requirements, document decisions, and leave systems maintainable—whether that is production code, automation pipelines, or integration runbooks.
We value engineers who understand business context: how approvals flow, where data breaks between systems, and what operators need from software under time pressure.
